The Full Court Tennis (FCT) platform offers a range of features for players and coaches of all levels. It provides an opportunity to connect with top ATP and WTA coaches, as well as offering a coaching platform for all levels of coaches to increase their revenues through virtual lessons.
As a player, you can hire a coach for live video call lessons, allowing you to review matches or practice sessions on the in-app call. Coaches can analyze your strokes taken with the app and compare them side by side to those in the FCT Pro Library. You can also hire a coach for remote stroke analysis lessons, where you have a private lesson space to send your videos for the coach to voice over and compare.
The messaging feature allows users to text each other within the app, send videos, and manage privacy settings with allow and block lists. The Full Court Feed provides a social media-like platform where anyone can post on various tennis subjects and interact with other players and coaches. There are different levels of play to search for, and you can follow coaches or players to see their posts on your feed.
For coaches, there is the option to set rates and availability, receive bookings for live video call lessons or stroke analysis lessons, and utilize the Coach's Choice feature to start free stroke analysis or live video call lessons. The Pro Library offers rental of stroke clips from professional players for self-learning or coaching purposes.
FCT was founded by Brian Teacher, an Australian Open winner who has extensive experience coaching on the ATP and WTA tours. The advisory board includes tennis legends John McEnroe and Katrina Adams, as well as AI scientist Dr. David Fogle.
The pricing structure includes a free package that allows all users to post and interact on the Full Court Feed. Players can subscribe for $1.99 per month, which includes video storage, a daily tip, and the opportunity for some free live video call and stroke analysis lessons. Coaches can subscribe for $4.99 per month, which provides in-app video storage and the ability to give hired and limited free lessons.
The FCT Pro Library offers stroke clips from professional tennis players for monthly rental, allowing for side by side comparisons and coaching tools.
